The organizers will reject incomplete, inconsistent or improper documents and designs. Furthermore, the organizers will not return submitted documents and designs.
The decision of the jury shall be final and binding.
All entrants are regarded as having a full understanding of the regulations for the competition and as being willing to comply with every rule.
The organizers reserve all rights to change any or all of the above rules as they deem fit. Change in rules, if any, will be highlighted on the website and notified to the registered participants.
A team may consist of a maximum of 3 members. Students from different educational institutes may form a team.
All students with a valid identity card of their respective educational institutes are eligible to participate in Eco House at Techfest 2008.
Certificate of Excellence will be given to all winners.
Certificates of participation will be given to all teams that have presented the plan for the building fulfilling all the requirements specified.

Registrations for accommodations are closed.
In order to avail accommodation at Techfest 2008, the participants are required to submit an abstract. For abstract details, refer to point 3.1.
All the abstracts are to be sent to ecohouse@techfest.org.
Note that abstract submission is only for teams who wish accommodation during Techfest 2008 at IIT Bombay. Abstracts are not required for participants who can arrange accommodation for themselves.

25th December 2007: Last date for submission of online accommodation form for participants who require accommodation at IIT Bombay during Techfest 2008.
10th January 2008 : Last date of registration for participants who do not require accommodation during Techfest 2008.
