Technopreneurship

Introduction

Techfest has always been known to travel the path less explored. 'Entrepreneurship is living a few years of your life like most people won't, so you can spend the rest of your life like most people can't; paying heed to these words of wisdom, we have added another feather to our competitions segment. Ever had the dream to set up a techno-enterprise? If Bill Gates, Narayan Murthy, Steve Jobs inspire you to the hilt, then you are at the right place at the right time. Technopreneurship, as the name suggests is a competition which will cater to all those next-generation technopreneurs, who have the will and the passion to innovate and set up their own enterprises. We provide these young guns with the ideal platform to bring out their innovations from the confines of the laboratories in the outside world and prove their worth. Techfest invites all those thinkers who have an idea, people who have always wanted to change the face of technology, to stand up and rise to this golden opportunity.

Today, with saturation creeping in almost every aspect of the industry, innovation is the only hope left to revive these industries. The technical know-how defines the way how an industry prospers. It is with this aim that the thought of Technopreneurship came up. With problems like Global warming, pollution etc. showing up their ugly heads, it is time we innovate and make our industries efficient and sustainable. It is the need of hour that we leave the old polluted ways and shift to clean technologies. It is time we think the unthinkable, innovate something earth-shattering.

Prizes worth INR 1,00,000 to be won.
