Introduction

Ever thought of designing your own car? Your very own bat-mobile or your personalized super car? Well, here's your chance to get some hands-on experience in Automotive Sketching!
From the designing academy of the famous Automobile Designer Mr. Dilip Chhabria, we bring to you a unique workshop on automotive sketching.

Dates: The date has been postponed to 8th January and the workshop will be conducted in only 1 batch.
Duration: 7 hours spread over 1 day

Content Outline

The workshop will be of 7 hours spread over 1 complete day.
The aim of this workshop is to introduce participants with the basics of automotive sketching. Main focus would be on:
- Explanation of the entire car design process from definition to design concept, styling development
- Explanation of actual vehicle segments
- Positioning map of type of vehicles
- Master line drawing, scale model, 3D CAS development, and full size design model
- Live sketching demonstration
- Student Interaction session
- Sketching side views explaining volumes, balance and surfaces form and sculptures by shading the sketches on the board
- Sketching Exercise
- Sketch Evaluation

Rules

Eligibility
Participants having a valid ID card of their respective educational institutions are eligible for the workshop.

Pre Requisites
There are no pre requisites for it.

Payment Details
The cost of the workshop is Rs 1000/- per participant.

Certificate Criterion
All participants should be present in all the sessions. Failing this, no certificate shall be awarded to the participant.
